With more than 30 years’ experience in engineering roles with consultants and sub-contractors, Susan is highly experienced with working for Tier One Commercial Main Contractors in roles from MaS, PM, SPE onsite and at pre-construction. Susan has an integral part to play in the success of many projects both in New Zealand and abroad. Her in-depth knowledge of temporary works designs and compliance with design requirements make her an invaluable member of TWC and any project.

From the ground up, Vadim has built a remarkable understanding of temporary works. His experience is based on his hands-on work as an Advanced Scaffolder, Qualified Tutor/Industry Assessor, Sector Lead with WorkSafe, and now leading Safety and Training at NZS Group. Alongside his full-time role, he is also an advisor for SARNZ (Scaffold, Access, Rigging New Zealand), and the Qualifications Standard Setting body, helping to improve the quality of our industry.
